Return Policy

Product Appreciation Period  

Except for items such as perishable goods, products with short shelf lives (nearing expiry at the time of return/cancellation), customized products, current newspapers, periodicals or magazines, unsealed audio-visual products, computer software, game point cards, other point cards, and unsealed personal hygiene products, which are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period under the "Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in Distance Transactions" guidelines, all other products are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) starting from the day the product arrives in your possession.  


If you wish to request a return, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the following details:  

- Name  

- Order Number  

- Contact Number  

- Product Name for Return  

- Reason for Return (with photos)

Return & Exchange Policy  

- Returned items must be unused and free from damage caused by non-manufacturing defects such as stains, malfunctions, or other issues.  

- The 7-day appreciation period is intended for you to evaluate and confirm whether the product meets your needs, not as a trial period.  

- If specified by our store, please retain the complete original packaging (including the outer box); otherwise, returns will not be accepted.  


The following conditions are not eligible for returns:  

- Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.  

- Products that have been unsealed, used, or damaged due to human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, breakage, wear, scratches, or dirt.  

- Products with damaged or incomplete packaging, missing accessories, or detached tags.  

- Malicious or excessive return requests.  


Return Process  

1. Contact customer service.  

2. Confirm eligibility for return or exchange.  

3. Prepare the complete product and packaging.  

4. Send the product to the address provided by customer service or via a designated convenience store.  


Refund Policy  

- For credit card payments: Once the return is successfully processed, the amount will be refunded directly to the original credit card account.  

- For cash-on-delivery payments: Once the return is successfully processed, the refund amount will be transferred to the bank account you provide.
